How are sustainable palm straw sun hats made? Our eco-friendly sun hats and fedoras are made from 100% organic dry palm leaves grown in Mexico. The natural material hats are handwoven from plant fiber, softened by steam and then formed over a hat block. Each individual hat is woven by hand so no two are exactly alike.
- All of our eco-friendly clothing and accessories are designed by Gypsy and Lolo in Northern California.
- We care about our impact on the environment and give back to our planet by planting a tree for every item sold.
- Our business also gives back to the community by donating three percent of our yearly profits to social and environmental causes.

All domestic orders at or above $60 qualify for Free Shipping!
All domestic orders less than $60 are shipped via US Post Office First Class with Tracking for a flat rate of $5.00. You may also choose Priority Mail for $10.00.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will email you directly if we foresee any delay in shipping.
We are also happy to ship products to you via UPS, overnight or internationally. Our site will generally select the most economical shipping for you at checkout.
We realize 'porch pirates' are afoot! Thank you for understanding and helping stem that potential problem by making sure your mail carrier leaves your package in a secure place. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen once the tracking is saying it was delivered.

Please note on your check out page any requests (such as birthday or other holiday gift wrapping, greeting, etc.) to be sent with your order. We can accommodate these requests.

All returned items must be in resalable condition; ie. free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being re-sold.
If you have requested the wrong item (style, color, size), or perhaps you changed your mind, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.
If we mistakenly sent the wrong item (style, color, size), or if the item has been damaged in the original shipment,
return shipping costs will be covered by G & L Positive Goods.
